Let’s chat! First things first - what is HWG? This shootout experience is a creative content event that promotes community and culture at its’ core through new designs, intentional people, and local cuisine.

Designer and planner, Chelsy from The Gathering Co., crafts unique color palettes, energy-evoking experiences, and inclusive moments for photographers of all types + seasons to capture. Chelsy created this event with the love for meeting/celebrating others, seeing new + intentional ideas explored, nurture the deep passion for hosting others, and carving out special time for special relationships that last forever. THE EXPERIENCE | SEPTEMBER 8TH - 12TH, 2025

We believe in authentic community and choosing San Miguel was a very intentional decision that we hope to share with you! This place is a place of beautiful culture and we can’t wait to explore the wedding world here!

• Your meals and drinks! From morning breakfast to grazing lunches by the pool to community dinners over margarita chats - we gotchu!

• A day in the town! Join us for fun in the city - explore the colorful streets and historic architecture of this beautiful town

THE INVESTMENT| $3500

If you are like me, I like to know why a price is what it is, right? As a small business I know investing in a retreat and/or your travel/luxuries in general is a careful decision made. So that is why we are as transparent as it gets!

This price comes from adding up costs of the above inclusions, meals, stay, design works, florals, vendors, models, and room to add fun elements in for everyone so you feel taken care of, safe, and in a place of beauty throughout your days with the team! We also purposefully keep our content days intimate with only 6 participant spots - we feel this allows for more meaningful connection and leaves space for a slow living mentality. If you have further questions we are an open book!

What is not included? Your flights, spontaneous spending, and equipment needs! Hop on a flight, bring yourself + your handy dandy camera, and we will see you there!!! More FAQ to come!

Payment schedules are absolutely allowed and encouraged! The deposit is $500 and we will schedule out payments with you from there.
