PART-TIME CREATIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT AND COORDINATOR POSITION DESCRIPTION | QUALIFICATIONS

 
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • 3 days/wk in office assisting with email correspondence - can work from home sometimes -

  • Management of inquiries, contracts, and client needs

  • Assistance with planning and executing events

  • Assistance with client + vendor meetings and scheduling

  • Assistance with markets, shows, and appointments

  • Communication with vendors, team, and clients via email + phone

  • Assists and or leads a minimum 1-2 weddings per month

  • Attends monthly team planning meetings

  • Attends annual team retreat

  • Making sure Chelsy actually takes a breath and drinks water every now and then

  • admin/assisting experience

  • excellent verbal + written communication

  • passion for creativity + eye for style and design

  • proficiency in Google suites + ability to adapt to new programs

  • ability to commit to 1-year of working with TGC

  • can deal with a type 8 boss lady
